In Cyprus, upon completion of purchase, you are eligible to begin the application procedure for acquisition of Cypriot citizenship. This will automatically provide you with full European rights; the ability to rightfully live, work and travel in any EU country.
In order to qualify for Cypriot citizenship application, a minimum investment of 2,000,000 Euros must be made in residential real estate an investment which must be retained for a period of five years and €150.000 contribution.
